We had a truly amazing experience on this trip. The whale encounters, the people, the food, and the time and effort that Kelsey and her team put into it really made this an experience we will never forget.

Honestly, it’s hard to put this trip into words. Everything from the itinerary and organization, the pace kept throughout the week, the like-minded people brought together, the conversations, the food, the gorgeous airbnb we all stayed in together, the vibes.. I could go on, lol. And obviously wow, of course.. swimming with the whales. Kelsey has created a community that she is integrated in, in French Polynesia, and it shows in the hands and hearts that help make this trip, a trip of a lifetime. The captains of the boat, the naturalists, the chefs, and the friendships involve show the importance of community. We shared the ethereal and magical experience of being in the presence of French Polynesia’s humpback whale population. My boyfriend and I had an extraordinary week with Kelsey. She also provided us photos of our trip throughout the week. I have travelled a lot in this world, mostly solo, but this trip made me realize how much fun and inspiring group trips can be. I feel lucky! Thank you for everything Kelsey, see you next time!

This trip was truly one of the best experiences of my life. Kelsey made sure we had an amazing time out in the ocean while being incredibly respectful of nature. The whale encounters still feel like pure bliss, even weeks later. On top of that, the lodging was very comfortable and the transportation was seamless. If you’re thinking about booking a trip with her, don’t hesitate! Just leave us a little space to rebook, because we’ll definitely be back!

Kelsey puts together beautiful and unforgettable trips! This is my second time visiting Mo’orea with Wander Out and it only keeps getting better! Kelsey picks super comfortable lounging, caters the best local foods while accommodating food needs and does an incredible job showing you the spirit of the island both on land and in water. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone wanting an adventurous trip and will be booking with her again! With so many people offering trips it’s important to me to book with someone who genuinely cares about the wildlife first off but also the local population of people. She really exemplifies that care and support in all that she does. Thank you, Kelsey!

An unforgettable experience! The whale encounters were absolutely spectacular, yet very respectful to the animals. Overall, the tour is very well organized, from communication, to accommodation (very comfortable), and food (absolutely delicious). Having a passionate, fun and expert tour guide like Kelsey elevated the experience even further. Cannot recommend this trip enough!

I attended the Swim with Humpback Whales trip in Mo'orea from September 21st–27th, and it was truly one of the most amazing experiences of my life! I can’t recommend Wander Out Expeditions and our host Kelsey enough. This trip was life changing everything was made so easy, comfortable, and fun. Kelsey has a way of attracting the most wonderful people; it was honestly the best group trip I’ve ever been on, and I feel like I made lifelong friends. There was so much love, laughter and passion throughout the entire expedition. We were incredibly fortunate to have whale encounters every single day, each one more breathtaking than the last. Kelsey and her crew are not only deeply knowledgeable and experienced, but also clearly passionate about what they do. I don’t think we would have had such magical encounters without them. Seeing humpback whales in the wild is indescribable — they radiate peace, majesty, and awe. If you are a confident swimmer, this is something you absolutely have to experience. YOLO!

Kelsey and her team were amazing and thought of everything on this trip! From the accommodations, to local food and seeing whales daily this girl doesn’t miss a detail. She even had a masseuse come to our accommodations when we wanted a massage on our last day. 10/10 would recommend traveling with WanderOut!
