Arrive in Tahiti and take the ferry over to Mo’orea.

Everyone will be picked up and we will check into the accommodation

Boat Days
Breakfast at the accommodation.

Head out early on the boat to spend the day searching for humpback whales!
Lunch will be brought on the boat.

On a few of the days, we will also dock at the lagoon to swim with the black-tip reef sharks and sting rays.

One day will be a half day on the boat and we will spend the other half of the day cruising around the island on a safari tour.

Head back to shore to chill, catch the sunset and eat dinner together.

Transportation will take you to the ferry to head back to Tahiti or your next destination if you are staying longer in Mo'orea

This trip was absolutely incredible! The best part aside from swimming with orcas were the people. They made the trip even more magical. Kelsey is an amazing, engaged host who is easy to talk to. She brings the best people together. The vibes were high! The crew were also amazing and so fun to get to know. I appreciate Kelsey's commitment to connecting people closer to the wild in a highly ethical way with a strong focus on regenerative tourism. Kelsey and the guides were also extremely knowledgeable about the mega fauna we had the opportunity to see and swim with. These trips are educational and insightful as well as magical.

I attended the Swim with Humpback Whales trip in Mo'orea from September 21st–27th, and it was truly one of the most amazing experiences of my life! I can’t recommend Wander Out Expeditions and our host Kelsey enough. This trip was life changing everything was made so easy, comfortable, and fun. Kelsey has a way of attracting the most wonderful people; it was honestly the best group trip I’ve ever been on, and I feel like I made lifelong friends. There was so much love, laughter and passion throughout the entire expedition. We were incredibly fortunate to have whale encounters every single day, each one more breathtaking than the last. Kelsey and her crew are not only deeply knowledgeable and experienced, but also clearly passionate about what they do. I don’t think we would have had such magical encounters without them. Seeing humpback whales in the wild is indescribable — they radiate peace, majesty, and awe. If you are a confident swimmer, this is something you absolutely have to experience. YOLO!

Kelsey and her team were amazing and thought of everything on this trip! From the accommodations, to local food and seeing whales daily this girl doesn’t miss a detail. She even had a masseuse come to our accommodations when we wanted a massage on our last day. 10/10 would recommend traveling with WanderOut!
